Registration fee<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The registration fee covers ALL local expenses excluding accomodation in the hotel venue and breakfast<\/strong>, but including full board, refreshments during coffee breaks, conference dinner, conference materials and social events during the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n

  • The registration fee for accompanying person is 240 EUR<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    IMPORTANT NOTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Please note, that the reduced fee is connected with the date of payment via bank transfer, not with registration date.<\/li>
    • Registration of the participant failing to pay the registration fee before June 1, 2024, may be cancelled. If for any reason it is not possible to pay the registration fee via bank transfer, please contact the local organizing committee. Note that paying the fee in cash on site will not be possible.<\/li>
    • If any participant cancels the registration before June 1, 2024, registration fee will be reimbursed to the 75% of the amount. No refund will be possible for any cancellation done on or after June 1, 2024.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Accomodation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      The conference will take place at the hotel Satel, located near the city center of Poprad, with many accommodation possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      It is possible to be accommodated directly in the venue hotel \u2013 hotel Satel. If you want to use this possibility, early registration is highly recommended<\/strong>, since only limited number of rooms are booked for the conference participants (the accommodation in this hotel could be limited otherwise, the hotel may be overbooked during the week). If you want to book the room in venue hotel, you have to highlight it during the registration process<\/strong> and ask the organizers for confirmation<\/strong>. Late registration may therefore cause that you will have to search accommodation by your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The price for accommodation in the hotel should be payed together with registration fee.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The price below is for 6 nights (from Sunday, 1. 9., till Saturday, 7. 9., breakfast included).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n \n \n

      Method of payment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Payment should be made in Euro (EUR) by bank transfer. Please check that the participants name is clearly legible in order to ensure that the payment will be correctly registered. Please note that the bank transfer fee (where applicable) must be paid by the participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The payment must be free of bank charges to the receiver.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
